65% India Mooleh Manay- Natural
35% India Buba Budan- Honey
Notes: Fig, dried fruit & peach with a cocoa body finish. A complex cup.
These coffees are both bought direct from South India Coffee CO (SICC). They are amazing and give back extra money to farmers to train up to help produce better coffees to ultimately get paid more.
The Mines Blend
Notes: Full body dark roast with flavour. Dark Chocolate, nuts with smooth all round finish.. Low acidity.
Origins: Uganda 35%, Brazil 30% & Vietnam 35%
Varietal: S14, Yellow Bourbon & Canephora
Altitude: 1,000-2000 MASL
Process: Natural & Washed process
