It's a well established estate in the Southern Highlands of Malawi, up at around 1000-1150m above sea level.

The coffee is hand picked to ensure ripeness and thus aromatic flavour. The cherries are channel graded, washed and then sun dried for 15-30 days.

The estate's philosophy is very much to do things properly by looking after its workers well, encouraging soil longevity through complimentary planting methods and working to preserve indigenous flora and fauna.

The coffee in the blend are Catuai and Caturra. The Caturra is chosen for its ability to add body and thus makes this blend particularly well suited to espresso based drinks. The flavour profile is milk chocolate, sage and dried fruits.
