What you get:

The ever-popular flagship of our Christmas gift range takes you on a flavour-filled journey around the coffee-growing world, exploring different countries of origin and different processing methods in one delicious boxful of beans (whole or ground).

Each box contains 5 x 200g bags of delicious specialty coffee, comprising two blends and three single-origins.

The Christmas Foundry Blend will boast chocolatey flavours while the Christmas Mills Blend will taste more fruity.

The three single-origin coffees will come from different continents and be developed using different coffee processing techniques.

The first single-origin coffee in the box is a honey process from Costa Rica. This has been supplied by our friends at Hermanos Aguilera (Aguilera Brothers), who we first linked up with this time last year.

This single-varietal, single-estate coffee has flavour notes of lemons and oranges with a clove body, giving it a slight full-bodied feel along with citrus acidity.

The second single-origin coffee in the box is a natural process from Kaptagat region of Kenya. This has been supplied by our friends at Lot 20 Coffee, through Omwani Coffee.

This is a very special coffee as 90 per cent of Kenyan coffee is washed, making a natural Kenyan coffee a rare thing. This is complex, interesting and enjoyable coffee boasts fruity flavours of white grape along with the chocolatiness that is commonplace among Kenyan coffees.

The third single-origin coffee is a washed process from Indonesia. It was grown by the Nola Wonga farmers group, which was created in 2014 by Felix Soba to preserve the cultivation of its renowned organic Arabica coffee from Bajawa, on the island of Flores in East Nusa Tenggaru.
