Delivery Policy
We use royal mail to post all of our coffee. Please note that in busy periods, Royal Mail may have a backlog meaning that products do not arrive on time. At such times, please allow a couple of days before contacting us.
The following applies to Shiloh products:
1. We will aim to post all coffee 3 days after roasting.
2. We use tracked 48 post for all packages, unless you have paid for a specific postage. So please allow a few days for the arrival of the coffee before contacting us.
3. Postage is charged by weight of all total goods in one transaction.
