Colombia - Lasso
The context
For the natural process, freshly harvested cherry is delivered, floated, sorted and left to rest in cherry for 24 hours. The cherries are transported to the drying station the following day where they undergo a further 48 hours of fermentation in cherry.
They are then taken to drying beds in the greenhouse for around 15 days before being finished in the mechanical dryer for three to four days.

Picked it up in person from Mark at the roastery. It was purchased purely off the aroma of the roasted coffee beans. Needless to say it tastes equally or if not even better rolling over the tongue.
A major coffee moment of exquisite sensations. This one isn't to be missed.
Product is great tasting coffee but the packaging needs to go back to cardboard or strong paper as the plastic bags have been ripped on the last two orders!!
I tend to choose nutty, chocolatey coffee beans. But for a change I decided to give this more fruity option a try. I'm glad I did. It's definitely fragrant and fruitier then I'd normally choose but it's still an accessible cup that works as a long brew or in a flat white. Give it a go.
