This unique microlot from Gold Mountain Coffee Growers has a distinct mango and baklava taste.

It comprises varietals including red and yellow caturra and yellow catuai, all picked at perfect ripeness and dried for about 24 days on raised beds to allow air to circulate above and below the cherries.

Gold Mountain Coffee Growers is a social enterprise that runs its own farm and also works with other coffee producers in Nicaragua to connect them to roasters across the world, enabling those roasters to secure high-quality, specialty coffee for their customers.
