Context
This coffee is something a little but different from our friends at Gold Mountain Coffee Growers. Designed to help farmers maximise the return they get for the coffee they grow, this lot brings together some of the less-than-perfect beans from Gold Mountain's own microlots and imperfect beans from member farms' harvests. The result is a lot that, despite its imperfections, comes out better than some producers' best lots. This means you can get a great cuppa knowing you're helping to maximise farmers' incomes and maximise the potential of beans that might otherwise end up in the instant coffee market.
