Mexico: Cenephora 35%
Process: Natural
Tastes like: Full body dark roast with flavour. Dark Chocolate, nuts with long all round finish. Low acidity.
Single Origin Coffee:
Inida - Monsooned Malabar
Roast: Full body (darkest roast)
Tastes like: Chocolate, Tobacco, warm spices. full body, crispy acidity.

The Mines Blend is possibly the finest tasting coffee for my palette, its a dark rich, chocolatey and nutty flavour, ideal in the morning with toast and marmalade
