We're combining a host of natural process coffees from around the world and roasting them together to create this wacky blend. It's helping us to be as sustainable and environmentally friendly as we can, as well as giving you the chance to try something a little bit different. Here's why...

At Shiloh Coffee Roasters we don't like waste so we always try to make the most of everything we have and use up all our stock. Sometimes when we start to run low on a particular coffee we might be left with a small quantity of unroasted beans that aren't enough to roast on their own. That's where this blend comes in.

We're bringing together the leftover odds and ends of green (unroasted) beans we have in stock and roasting them up to create this one-off offering.

It's a bit quirky, a bit experimental and never-to-be-repeated quite like it is, because we'll never have quite the same mix of beans as we do now.
