New labels launched to boost our customers' experience of our coffees
We're always looking for ways to make the coffee experience even better for our lovely customers. If you've had a delivery from us in the last few weeks, you might have noticed our newest development.
We've got new labels for our products which we hope will make it easier for you to find out the story behind your coffee, and restock when you need to.
The new labels feature a QR code that will immediately take you to the product page on the website, enabling you to quickly find all the available information about the coffee, from where it's been grown and how it's been processed, to the people behind the growing and production.
And, because it takes you straight to the product page, it means that if you suddenly realise while making your morning brew that you're about to run out of your favourite staple specialty coffee, you can reorder at the touch of a button while you eat your breakfast.
We've also changed the way we mark the format your coffee is in, from beans to percolator and everything in between. Instead of circling the relevant icon from a selection printed on the label, Mark will now stamp it directly onto the label, alongside the product weight. He says it's to make the label more customer-friendly by reducing visual clutter. We suspect there's an element of wanting to play with stampers in his thinking too.
There's no need to worry if you don't have the means to use QR codes; the website address is still printed on the labels so you don't have to go looking for it if you want to pay our online shop a visit.
We hope you like your new labels and enjoy reading all about where your beans have come from as you enjoy a freshly brewed cup of ethical coffee.
