This Red Bourbon coffee started life growing at 1,700-1,900 metres above sea level in the Rwenzori region of Uganda. Having made its journey over land and sea to the roastery, it was aged for five weeks in a whisky barrel before being matured for 12 months.

The beans will be lightly roasted for a beautiful flavour.
